InSight Health Services Holdings Corp. (“Insight Imaging”) announced that it has commenced operations in partnership with American Radiology Associates, P.A. (ARA) in the Dallas metro-area. Insight Imaging will manage the partnership, which has acquired ARA’s Willowbend Diagnostic Imaging Center. ARA has also agreed to provide professional services in the coming months at Insight Diagnostic Center – Forest Lane.

ARA’s 54 sub-specialized radiologists practice in five hospital settings, including Baylor University Medical Center, and a number of freestanding diagnostic imaging centers in the Dallas area. The group also provides services for multiple providers across the nation through its teleradiology networks. Its radiologists specialize in the following disciplines: Breast Imaging; Nuclear Medicine/PET; Cardiovascular Imaging; Oncological Imaging; Musculoskeletal; Interventional Neuroradiology; Vascular-Interventional Radiology; Body Imaging; Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI); and Diagnostic Neuroradiology.
